Thespian Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn has worked professionally for the over 27 years. She first made an appearance on stage in an off-Broadway production The Big Funk by John Patrick Shanley in 1990. A year later she was offered her first TV role in The Perfect Tribute. Her career established when she was cast in a supporting role in Basic Instinct. It was in the movie The Firm however that she was cast as the leading female character for the first time and that too opposite famous actors such as Tom Cruise and Gene Hackman. Through the 1990s Gwyneth worked together with Hugh Grant on Mickey Blue Eyes as well as Julie Andrews for Relative Values. Amanda Thompson is his mother and Scott Thompson is his father. Lexi Thompson is an American citizen and of white ethnicity. It can be said that Lexi is a descendent of golf skills from her father because the latter was a golfer. He started playing the sport in a young age and later became a golf coach when he quit playing competitively. Lexi's two older brothers whom we will discuss in the next paragraphs are also both professionals in golf. Lexis got her education in her home during her time of high school. In September 2012, Lexis had been admitted into Louisiana State University in order to earn a bachelor's degree. By now she must have graduated but what grade she earned from the institution has yet to be discovered. Lexis grew up in a household of golfers, that means she was no stranger to the male-dominated game. She began playing golf at a very young age and became the youngest player to be selected for the US Women's Open at the age of 12 in 2007. The tournament was not won, however she became the second player in 2007 after taking home the Aldila Junior Classic. The youngest American Junior Golf Association member to ever be awarded the championship, she also won the Westfield Junior PGA Championship in the same year.
