Berenice Marlohe
Berenice Lim Marlohe has been a French actress for over 20 years. Her most popular role is in the role of the anti-heroine Bond Girl Severine, in Skyfall. Her television credits include Pere et Maire Femmes de loi, and Equipe medicale d'urgence. While she's not mentioned on the credits, she's appeared in Un joy n'arrive never alone with Sophie Marceau. She is also an Omega Watches brand ambassador. Berenice was born as a child of French Chinese and Cambodian parents in Paris France May 19, 1979. She belongs to a French and Chinese middle class family. She was educated by her mother while her father was a doctor. Her childhood was spent painting pictures and playing the keyboard in Paris. The passions she had for music and art have dominated and influenced the direction of her career and dreams. The Jack Waltzer workshop inspired her career. Her enthusiasm for the subject was infectious and acting became her new love. Following her discovery the art of acting, she spent 10 years at the prestigious Conservatory in Paris. After leaving school, she began auditioning for film roles and quickly got her first film role The Discordance in 2007. At the beginning of her professional career she was unable to secure roles that would fit the personality of her character. The presence of the character in films was influential. Lack of knowledge was the major reason why she was refused by several of the best film producers and agents.
