After appearing in a variety of advertisements on television and in print, Madelyn quit college and began acting when she was 19. She has been in many shows, shorts and films. The actress made her debut when she appeared in Stranger Things, The Originals and Outer Banks. Madelyn Cline is a South Carolina native birthplace from Goose Creek, near Charleston. She is the child of Mark Cline and Pam Cline. Her mother is an agent in real estate while her father is an engineer in the system of water. Maddie is an alternative name for Madelyn. In the age of 10 she started modeling. Her summers were spent in New York where she worked on TV and print commercials for companies like T-mobile Next and Sunny D. She was even featured on the cover of American Girl magazine She had signed up for at the Coastal Carolina University. She left the university to become an actress when she reached 19 years old. She then moved to Los Angeles California against parentsthe wishes of their parents. Although her parents live in South Carolina they still support her.
